INTERACTIVE, ASSESSMENT-LED COURSE
Resilience & Performance: Assessment to Action
Personal insight, practical skills, and sustainable performance
TWO-DAY LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Enduring Resilience for New Leaders
Living and Leading with Strength, Purpose, and Connection
Sustainable performance requires more than effort. It depends on the ability to recognize pressure, protect energy, regulate emotions, recover effectively, and direct attention toward what matters most.
Resilience & Performance: Assessment to Action is an interactive, assessment-led course that helps participants understand how resilience affects everyday decisions, relationships, well-being, and performance. Participants learn to recognize early warning signs of depletion and use practical strategies to interrupt unhelpful patterns before they develop into chronic stress, disengagement, or burnout.
Before the course, each participant completes an individual personal resilience assessment. The results provide a baseline for identifying personal strengths, pressure points, and areas for development. A de-identified group aggregate brings the individual results together and allows the facilitator to identify shared patterns without disclosing anyone’s personal information.
The aggregate findings are used during the course to facilitate discussion, connect the material with the group’s actual experience, and focus attention on the resilience factors that matter most to the participants. This gives the organization a meaningful group perspective while allowing each participant to work from personal assessment results.
The course explores the relationship between pressure and performance, the hidden costs of multitasking, and the importance of recovery throughout the day. Participants practice techniques for tactical calm, examine the habits that influence sleep and physical energy, and consider realistic ways to bring more movement and recovery into demanding schedules.
The course also addresses emotional regulation, realistic optimism, attention control, and flow. Participants learn how stress can influence reactions, communication, and decision-making, and they practice simple methods for pausing, identifying what they are experiencing, and responding more intentionally.
Throughout the course, participants use their assessment findings to identify small, sustainable changes that fit their lives and work. The emphasis is on practical application: turning personal insight and group discussion into skills, habits, and daily rhythms that can strengthen resilience over time.
