TRFP RESILIENCE AMBASSADOR CERTIFICATION
Build Resilience Capacity From Within Your Organization
A three-day, in-person program that prepares selected personnel to strengthen resilience across your organization — designed for military organizations, first responder agencies, private companies, healthcare organizations, government offices, nonprofits, and other workplaces where people face sustained pressure, change, or demanding responsibilities.
Participants develop a practical understanding of the Six Pillars of Resilience and learn how to apply them formally within the workplace. Those who complete the program, pass the written and applied assessments, and submit an approved implementation plan earn the designation of TRFP Certified Resilience Ambassador.
A PRACTICAL APPROACH TO RESILIENCE
Resilience as a set of skills and daily behaviors
The program presents resilience as a set of skills and daily behaviors that can be strengthened over time. Participants examine the personal, relational, and workplace factors that influence their ability to manage pressure, recover, stay connected, and continue performing effectively.
Training addresses energy management, recovery, sleep, emotional regulation, realistic optimism, growth mindset, values, connection, supportive conversations, and practical ways to incorporate resilience into daily life. Participants also consider how resilience practices can be adapted to their organization’s workforce, schedule, and operating environment.

HOW CERTIFICATION IS EARNED
Demonstrated knowledge and application
The TRFP Certified Resilience Ambassador designation is earned through demonstrated knowledge and application. Attendance alone does not result in certification. Candidates must:
Complete the three-day training program
Pass a written assessment covering the Six Pillars and their practical application
Pass an applied exercise using a consistent scoring process
Submit an approved organizational implementation plan
Agree to the program’s standards of conduct
Participants who attend the training but do not complete the certification requirements may receive documentation of attendance, but they do not receive the TRFP Certified Resilience Ambassador designation.
The credential is issued by The Resilient Force Project and is valid for two years. Renewal requirements may include refresher education, evidence of continued participation, agreement to current standards, and completion of any material program updates.
The TRFP certification is a proprietary credential. It does not represent professional licensure or independent third-party accreditation.
