TRFP RESILIENCE AMBASSADOR CERTIFICATION
Resilience Training Built for Real Workloads
Three ways to build resilience capability — a two-day leadership workshop, ongoing individual development, and an assessment-led course that turns insight into daily practice. Each is available to organizations and individuals, in person or virtually.
TWO-DAY LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Enduring Resilience for New Leaders
Living and Leading with Strength, Purpose, and Connection
FORMAT
Two days, six instructional hours per day
DESIGNED FOR
New supervisors, first-time managers, and emerging leaders
Stepping into leadership brings new responsibilities, pressures, and expectations. The habits leaders establish early influence how they manage stress, make decisions, build relationships, and affect the people around them.
Enduring Resilience for New Leaders is a two-day, interactive workshop that helps new supervisors, first-time managers, and emerging leaders strengthen their personal resilience while developing practical ways to lead others through pressure, uncertainty, and change.
Based on Dr. Michael Pettinelli’s book, Enduring Resilience: Living and Leading with Strength, Purpose, and Connection, the workshop brings together psychology, leadership experience, guided reflection, practical exercises, and workplace application. Participants examine what strengthens and depletes their resilience, how they respond when demands increase, and how their everyday behavior influences trust, connection, accountability, and performance.
The course addresses energy management, stress and recovery, emotional regulation, mindset, purpose, values, social connection, nature, accountability, boundaries, and sustainable performance. Participants also examine how their reactions, communication, expectations, and availability affect the people they lead.
The experience is interactive and reflective. Participants work through realistic leadership situations, learn from one another, and translate the course material into practical behaviors they can use in their daily work.

INDIVIDUAL & COHORT OPTIONS
Personal Resilience Development & Consultation
Ongoing, individualized support based on where you are and what you need — beginning with a comprehensive individual resilience assessment.
Resilience changes depending on what is happening in our lives. Sometimes we are doing well in one area while another needs more attention. Personal Resilience Development & Consultation provides ongoing, individualized support based on where you are and what you need.
The program begins with a comprehensive individual resilience assessment. This provides a baseline of your current resilience, identifies existing strengths, and helps determine the areas where you may want to focus.
Each package includes an Individual Resilience Assessment and 10 Personal Resilience Development & Consultation sessions. Sessions can be used throughout the calendar year of purchase, allowing you to use them when you need them rather than following a set schedule.
Sessions focus on the areas identified through your assessment as well as challenges, goals, or changes that come up throughout the year. The work is practical and intended to help you better understand your own resilience and build practices that fit into your actual life.
Personal Resilience Development & Consultation may be completed individually or as part of a TRFP cohort, based on availability. Cohort participants also have access to a community of other TRFP participants, providing opportunities for connection, shared experiences, support, and collaboration while still working toward their own individual resilience goals.
Personal Resilience Development & Consultation is a non-clinical educational and developmental service. It is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
